Please follow these simple instructions to schedule an appointment:
1. Call our Main Office at (912) 369-7777 , please be ready to share your contact information including your email address and your payor source (insurance, EAP benefit, self-pay, sliding fee scale, victim's compensation.)
2. Our staff with set up with a link to our on-line client registration portal. Once you log in and complete your paperwork, our office will verify your payor source and call you to schedule an appointment time that works for you with an appropriate provider.
Individual adult and family sessions last approximately 50 minutes. This therapy is helpful for people or families dealing with anxiety, depressions, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, relationship issues, fear, work stress, military life, deployment, reintegration, and other conditions or struggles.
ADULT INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SESSIONS
This therapy is helpful for young people who are coping with anxiety, depression, spectrum disorders, bullying, school behavioral issues, divorce, grief, crises, adjustment to move/changes in family, blended family stress, and other issues.
CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS AGES 3 - 17 YEARS
