We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare, Amerigroup, CareSource, Wellcare, and Peachcare and offer a sliding fee scale for self-pay clients. We are located in Hinesville, Georgia, with satellite offices in Statesboro, Richmond Hill, and Midway.
